Animecon2012: Apocalypse Cow is a Dutch convention taking place in Almelo from the 18th to 20th of May.

If one would venture out into the Artist Avenue one might be able to find me twirling my moustache, thinking my evil throughts and working on my evil schemes of complete world domination. If you find yourself startled by a particularly malevolent laugh, it would definitely not have been me. Nope. defintiely not.

But in all seriousness we really ought to get serious.

I'll be attending with my partner in crime, ~AritheBat, this time, do come and find us in the Artist Avenue!

I'm also pleased to hint at quite a special event taking place at the convention this year, with its heart in the Avenue. This year's convention theme is all about apocalypse and the Artist Avenue staff has taken thito the next level with a survival-themed game for you to enjoy, I won;t spipoil anything but here's the blurb from the booklet:

The world is about to collapse into a puddle of misery. Only a handful of people are resistant against the upcoming catastrophe and struggle to save the world. Are you one of those heros, strong enough to crush the mightiest, or intelligent enough to outsmart the wittiest? Do you consider yourself capable of carrying the responsibility and power?

Then line up, and rescue the world in the live-action RPG "Apocalypse Cow Now!", set up in the Artists' Avenue! But beware, for there are creatures luring at you from the corners, ready to strike; and your only way of escape is the Refuge Camp...

Throughout the weekend, you will receive directions during the "game guide hours", to help you survive. One of the things the game revolves around is collecting cards which will be used in an original card game. The artists of the Avenue have provided their art for cards, which includes me, so you might find yourself playing with a card drawn by me!

What you might expect from me:
